Based on sustainability, this WP covers all the emerging areas for European competitiveness: digitalization, decarbonization and people. The focus is on training and equipping people with tools and resources through theoretical and practical knowledge in real production environments. In this WP the ecological footprint of the sector will also be studied, in order to find a starting point for improvement. This WP is transversal to all the innovation that will result from the other WP. The goal is to connect technological innovation with skills innovation.

The WP aims to develop activities aimed at capacity building and advanced training. The goal of this WP is to train employees and attract human resources to the Sector with new skills.
